Hey whats up! I just got off two injuries back to back and my conditioning is off. My skills are there but I'm just not running and playing like I used to. Do you got any workouts or drills to do to get my conditioning right. I know part of the reason I might be out of shape is Im fasting for ramadan which means Im not eating or drinking anything from sunset to sundown so whenever i try playing Im just out of breath really quickly. And I cant really go to the gym and play pickup as it gets closed 1 hour after Im done eating. Anything I can do at home and how long would it take to get in shape? And do you got any idea on how I should schedule my workout during ramadan?

I am not super out of shape like I can run miles at a good time and play fine but I was just at a tryout and first 45 minutes was suicides and 17s and that got me really messed up. Especially when I started playing to mention that I haven't eaten all day.
I got some college camps and aau coming up and its my last year so I'm trying to be in the best shape possible especially before my college szn. Thanks!
