cost:

-$150 per month (per 4 sessions)

 

what's included:

-one 90 minute session per week in person

-personalized workout plan to take home

-1 game film study each month (if able)

-online academy access

-academy t-shirt

-belmont rec center & faith lutheran church

 

age groups:

-middle school & high school are split

-college would mix with advanced high schoolers

​

Middle school:

-tuesdays, faith lutheran, 6:00pm - 7:30pm

(boys and girls mixed until further notice)

High school:

-girls: sundays, belmont rec, 10:00am - 11:30pm

-boys: sundays, belmont rec, 12:00pm - 1:30pm

1 on 1 shooting sessions:

*time and locations depends on what we agree to

if you have a basket at your home, i will come
