Training / Workout Questions
There's nothing worse then playing with sore legs or arms. Which really means I struggle to get my weekly lifting in.
I'm super new to basketball (been playing for about a year). In my 30s. Just trying to become a YMCA basketball legend.
Would love people's opinions on my schedule:
Monday
• Dribbling, Layups and Paint work
• Run games at the Y
Tuesday
• Basketball consistent shooting workout
Wednesday
• Game Day - play hard in the evenings. Try and rest up until then.
Thursday
• Dribbling and Basketball consistent shooting workout
Friday
• Dribbling, Layups, and Paint work
• Run games at the Y
Saturday
• Lifting full body
Sunday
• Rest
