WORKOUT DESCRIPTIONS
Perfect Shooting: This program is for you if you have good shooting form but can't seem to consistently make shots and struggle with shooting confidence at times. This program is built for you to become a dead eye shooter that other teams can't leave open. You will no longer have lack of confidence in shooting in real games and you will feel like your shot is meant to go in every time you let it go.
Advanced Shooting: If you have to create shots for yourself or shoot on the move a lot and you can't seem to get hot when shooting these shots then this is for you. Shooting off the dribble and on the move will become as comfortable as a stand still shot when you master the shots in this program. It doesn't matter if it's one on one, pick and roll, or off a screen.. you will be able to make these shots in a real game.
Perfect Finishing: If you don't feel confident around the basket and you can't seem to find your touch while trying to finish then you need this routine. After doing this workout you will look to drive to the basket more and you will confidently be able to make touch shots and layups by the basket with defenders around you.
Perfect Dribbling: Handling the basketball is one the skills every player needs because nothing is worse than playing a game and not being confident in your handle, especially with defense bothering and pressuring you. With this routine you will be able to do any crossover and not feel uncomfortable and you'll never have to look at the ball. This will put the ball on a string so it moves with you and it will sharpen your technique and posture so you don't get off balance.
FAQ'S
Would these programs be good for beginners?
I wouldn't recommend them for beginners especially if you have poor technique and movement patters. I suggest going to a basketball camp and being taught by a coach (not a trainer) in person before you get these.
How long does each workout take?
It is a 6-7 day a week program that walks you through exactly what to do. The daily time it takes depends on your skill level and your ability to retain skills. The more you do it, the less time it should take over time but everyone is different.
It is a video program or PDF?
The PDF has the actual program on it and the videos explain exactly what's in them.
How long can I use these workouts?
You can use them for as long as you like. I suggest 4 to 8 weeks before you start making any changes. Once it gets too easy you can start adding constraints and more nuances shown in the videos.
Can you guarantee results?
I can't guarantee results because I don't know if you will do exactly what it says to the best of your ability at game speed with good technique. I just know this is what I give to my players and the ones that follow it always become the best shooters when they do this along with their form shooting work. You should ask yourself if you're willing to do the work everyday. That's the real question.
