WORKOUT DESCRIPTIONS
Explosion: Meant to make you jump higher and run faster and move quicker. It does require a weight room to do them to the best of your ability and get max results. Do not do this if you are brand new to lifting or you have an injury.
Shooting Mastery 1: This will not fix your form or technique. This is meant for players that already have that part down and are ready to be a consistent in game knock down shooter. Go to free resources if you need technique help.
Shooting Master 2: This is for players that need to master shooting on the move because they are guarded by harder defenders. I would only recommend this to people have gone through Shooting Mastery 1.
Finishing Mastery 1: This is meant for players that need to make shots near the basket like layups and floaters. This will help make contested finishes as well.
Flow State Shooting: These are different shooting games meant to increase your focus level so it becomes easier to make shots in different circumstances. Again it will not fix your technique. This is all about mental shooting focus.
Pro Shooting Secrets: This is a book everyone should read if they want to take shooting seriously. It will change how you think about shooting and tell you what everyone else doesn't know when it comes to the truth about shooting.
FAQ'S
Would these programs be good for beginners?
I wouldn't recommend them for beginners especially if you have poor technique and movement patters. I suggest going to a basketball camp and being taught by a coach (not a trainer) in person before you get these.
How long does each workout take?
It is a 6-7 day a week program that walks you through exactly what to do. The time it takes depends on your skill level because it is only based on makes. The more you do it, the less time it should take over time.
It is a video program or PDF?
It is a PDF and once you buy it, you keep it forever. Not a subscription, just a one time purchase.
How long can I use these workouts?
You can use them for as long as you like. I suggest 2 to 3 months before you start making any changes. Once it gets too easy you can start to do swishes only or streaks only to increase the difficulty but I recommend following it exactly for at least 1 month before considering changes.
Can you guarantee results?
I can't guarantee results because I don't know if you will do exactly what it says to the best of your ability at game speed with good technique. I just know this is what I give to my players and the ones that follow it always become the best shootings when they do this along with their form shooting works. You should ask yourself if you're willing to do the work. That's the real question.
