Hey hope everything is going well coach. I had a question so my shot is really nice especially now since Ive only been aiming for swishes and nothing else during my workouts and the book has helped me be less tense when shooting and approach it differently so I really appreciate that. The only thing I'm concerned with is I want to be elite at being able to jump high to shoot over people. The only main issues I have is
Im not sure if this would require a two motion shot
I have sort of a "phobia" which sounds dumb of jumping that high because of a injury I had in the past where the defender jumped in my landing space tearing my ankle

When you jump high it will more than likely be a 2 motion shot because of the hang time. Just test it out and see how it works for you. Also for the phobia, it's just one of those things where you have to work on moving & jumping and continuously play so you can trust your body. You just kind of have to get over it tbh. If you're scared to get hurt you'll never be yourself and will always be held back by the fear. Just go out and play and face the fear. If you think it's going to happen then it will. But work on your ankle strength always too so if you do land on someone, it's less likely to get hurt severely.
